Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Bake the Tater Tots

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Toppings

While the tater tots are baking, dice the corned beef, drain the sauerkraut, and chop the green onions. Set aside.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Layer the Tots and Toppings

Once the tater tots are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them on a large serving platter or individual plates. Evenly distribute the diced corned beef over the tater tots, followed by the sauerkraut.

  2. 4

    Add Queso and Bos Sauce

Drizzle the warm queso cheese sauce over the corned beef and sauerkraut. Finish by drizzling the bos sauce over the top, adjusting the amount to your spice preference.

  3. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top for a fresh garnish. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
