Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patty

Shape the mixture into a patty that is slightly larger than the burger bun. Make a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing while cooking.

Cooking the Patty

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patty

Place the patty on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip and place the slice of American cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the patty reaches your desired doneness.

Bos Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well blended.

Burger Assembly

  1. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, spread a generous amount of bos sauce. Place the cooked beef patty with melted cheese on top, followed by lettuce, tomato slice, and pickle slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
