Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop, etc.).

Scoop the Gelato
In a serving glass or bowl, place one generous scoop of vanilla gelato.

Pour the Espresso
Pour the hot espresso over the gelato immediately after brewing.

Serve Immediately
Serve your affogato immediately while the gelato is still melting into the espresso.
