Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill while you prepare the juice.

In a cocktail shaker, combine Cappelletti, Cocci Americano, fresh grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Discard the ice from the chilled glass. Strain the mixture into the glass.
