Prepare the Peaches
Wash and slice the fresh white peach into thin wedges. Set aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the white peach kombucha and champagne. Stir gently to mix.

Add Peaches and Mint
Add the sliced peaches and mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir gently to incorporate.

Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the peach kombucha champagne mixture over the ice. Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
