Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to form the marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Veal Chop

Place the veal chop in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the chop is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Veal Chop

Remove the veal chop from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chop on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the veal chop from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides.
