Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all your ingredients and pre-chop any vegetables and proteins you wish to add to your omelette.

2

Cook the Potatoes or Hash Browns

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the house potatoes or hash browns until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

3

Beat the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.

4

Cook the Omelette

In a non-stick skillet, add a little butter or oil over medium heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let them cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.

5

Add Fillings

Sprinkle your choice of protein, vegetables, and cheese evenly over one half of the omelette. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the bottom is set and the fillings are heated through.

6

Fold and Serve

Gently fold the omelette in half over the fillings and let it cook for an additional minute. Serve hot alongside the house potatoes or hash browns and toast.
