Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth, adding butter, milk, salt, and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Let rest before slicing.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Heat the Creamed Corn

In a saucepan, heat the creamed corn over medium heat until warmed through. Stir occasionally.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, create a base of mashed potatoes. Top with grilled chicken slices, sautéed mushrooms, and a generous serving of creamed corn.

  6. 6

    Add Eggs (Optional)

If desired, fry or poach eggs to your liking and place on top of the assembled dish. Optionally, charge an additional fee for each egg.
