Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it's still intact.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub the mixture all over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil over the ribs. Cover tightly with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.

  4. 4

    Add Barbecue Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil. Brush the barbecue sauce generously over the ribs. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 15-20 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Cut between the bones to separate the ribs and serve with fries.
