Salmon Preparation

Season the Salmon
Season the salmon fillets on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat Olive Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add Wine and Lemon Juice
Pour in the dry white wine and fresh lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced slightly.

Finish with Parsley
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Combine Pasta with Sauce
Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Place a portion of the pasta on each plate and top with a salmon fillet. Spoon additional sauce over the salmon and pasta, and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
