Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Place them in a baking dish.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into smaller pieces.

Thinly slice the red onion and set aside.

Spread the crumbled bacon and sliced red onion over the seasoned chicken in the baking dish.

Pour the Alfredo sauce over the chicken and top with both the Asiago cheese and Italian cheese blend.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
