Prepare Salad Greens
In a large bowl, add the mixed salad greens. Wash and dry them thoroughly to remove any excess moisture.

Sprinkle the dried cranberries, sliced red onion, crumbled goat cheese, and candied walnuts over the salad greens.

Cook Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from heat, drain on paper towels, and crumble into small pieces. Add to the salad.
Vinaigrette Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl or a jar with a lid, combine the maple syrup, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk or shake well until all ingredients are emulsified and well combined.
Assembly
