Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

- 3
Add Croutons
Sprinkle the croutons over the chopped lettuce and roasted red pepper in the salad bowl.
Add Cheese

Grate Cheese
Grate the romano and parmesan cheese using a box grater or food processor. Reserve a small amount for garnishing.

Make Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
- 7
Taste and Adjust Seasoning
