Method
Preparing the Salad Base

Wash and Chop Romaine
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Grate the Cheeses
Using a grater, grate the Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Set aside for later use.
Making Croutons

Prepare the Bread
Cut the bread into small cubes, about 1-inch in size. You should have approximately 2 cups of bread cubes.

Toss with Olive Oil
In a mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the bread is evenly coated.

Bake the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Preparing the Caesar Dressing

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, minced garlic, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Combine and Serve
Add the chopped romaine lettuce to a large salad bowl. Top with grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses, croutons, and drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
