Prepare the Ingredients
Thaw the Alaskan king crab legs if frozen. Rinse them under cold water and set aside.

Melt the Butter
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add Chardonnay
Pour in the Chardonnay wine and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes to allow the alcohol to cook off.

Season and Serve
Remove the crab legs from the saucepan and place them on a serving platter. Drizzle with the buttery sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
