Preparing Bone Marrow

Roasting the Bone Marrow
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the beef bone marrow in a baking dish, cut side up. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is soft and begins to separate from the bone.

Mixing Gremolata
In a bowl, combine the finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
Preparing Crostini

Making Crostini
Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil on both sides. Toast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Once toasted, rub the top of each crostini with the halved garlic cloves, then sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
