Preparing the Veal

Marinate the Veal
In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the veal cutlets and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Veal
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated veal cutlets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Roasting the Potatoes

Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary until well coated.

Roast the Potatoes
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
