Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly, then chop or tear it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.

Prepare the Prosciutto
Crisp the Parma prosciutto by baking it in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes until it becomes crispy. Once done, let it cool, then break it into pieces.

Add Croutons and Cheese
Add the baked garlic croutons and shaved Parmigiana Reggiano cheese to the bowl with romaine lettuce.
Dressing Preparation
- 4
Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 5
Combine Salad and Dressing
Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
