Method

Collard Greens Preparation

1

Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

2

Cook the Collard Greens

Add the chopped collard greens to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté until the greens are wilted and tender (about 5-7 minutes). Stir in the shredded turkey meat and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Parmesan Cream Sauce Preparation

3

Make the Cream Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Assembly and Baking

4

Combine and Bake

In a baking dish, combine the sautéed collard greens and turkey meat with the parmesan cream sauce. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.

5

Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
