Savory Snack Box

Condiments & Extras

Method

Savory Snack Box

1

Toast and season

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). On a rimmed baking sheet line with parchment. Combine mini pretzel twists and roasted mixed nuts in a large bowl.

2

In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder and sea salt. Drizzle the seasoned oil over the pretzels and nuts and toss until evenly coated.

3

Spread the coated pretzels and nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 6–8 minutes, stirring once halfway, until fragrant — be careful not to burn the nuts. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes.

4

While still warm, sprinkle grated parmesan and chopped parsley over the mix and toss to combine. Transfer to a compartment of the carry-out box or into a small paper bag so crispness is retained.

Sweet Bite Pack

5

Place the mini cookies in one section of the box, arranging them so they don't crush each other. Reserve a few for topping if desired.

6

In a small heatproof bowl place chopped dark chocolate and honey. Microwave in 10–12 second bursts, stirring between intervals, until smooth and pourable (about 20–30 seconds total). Alternatively, melt over a double boiler.

7

Drizzle a little melted chocolate over the dried cranberries and toasted coconut in a separate small liner or on parchment; let set for 5–10 minutes until tacky. Place the chocolate-coated cranberries and coconut into the box next to the cookies so they stay separate.

Fresh Dippers & Veg

8

If using whole mini cucumbers, slice into 1/4-inch rounds. Rinse baby carrots and cherry tomatoes and pat dry.

9

Make herbed yogurt dip

In a small bowl combine herbed yogurt dip (Greek yogurt base), lemon juice, chopped dill, salt and black pepper. Stir until smooth and taste — adjust salt or lemon to preference. Transfer to one of the mini jars reserved for dips.

10

Arrange carrots, cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes neatly around the dip jar so the vegetables remain crisp and do not get soggy from the dip.

Condiments & Assembly

11

Fill the remaining mini jars with extra honey and any additional dip or dressing. Add lemon wedges to their compartment.

12

Place crackers in a separate sealed compartment or paper sleeve to keep them crisp. Make sure all components are separated with liners or small containers to avoid flavor transfer and sogginess during transport.

13

Close the carry-out box securely. Include a small napkin and a disposable spoon or spreader for the dip. Label the box with contents and any allergen notes (nuts, dairy, gluten) before handing off.
