Prep glass
Chill a coupe or rocks glass in the freezer or fill with ice to chill while you prepare the drink.

Build
In a shaker, combine Hennessy Cognac, Allspice Dram, fresh lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, and simple syrup.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.

Strain
Double-strain into the chilled glass to remove ice shards.

Garnish
Garnish with a lemon twist, or a small hibiscus flower if available.
