12 oz Ribeye brought out on a hot cooking stone. Served raw and left on the stone until you reach your desired temperature. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Comes with three sauces, smokey teriyaki, red chili white wine sauce, and butter.

Steak Preparation

    Season the Ribeye

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over both sides of the ribeye steak.

    Preheat the Cooking Stone

    Heat the cooking stone according to the manufacturer's instructions until it's very hot.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

    Boil the Potatoes

    Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 15–20 minutes.

    Mash the Potatoes

    Drain the potatoes, then add minced garlic, butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Broccoli Preparation

    Roast the Broccoli

    Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes or until tender.

Serving

    Serve the Meal

    Place the hot cooking stone with the ribeye steak on the table along with the garlic mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, and three sauces.
