Fill a highball glass with ice and set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine Empress Gin, lavender syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Add ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.

Top with Club Soda
Gently top the drink with club soda and give it a light stir.

Garnish with dried lavender flowers on top for decoration.
