Prepare the Calamari
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well. In another bowl, pour in the buttermilk. Dip each calamari ring into the buttermilk, then coat it with the flour mixture. Shake off any excess flour.

Heat the Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Calamari
Carefully drop the coated calamari rings into the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Plate and Serve
On a serving platter, spread a layer of spicy marinara sauce. Top with the crispy calamari. Drizzle green chili aioli over the calamari. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
