Prepare Ribs

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the baby back ribs, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Make Whisky BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, whisky, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

Cook the Sauce
Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
Roast Baby Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
