Method

Preparing the Shrimp

  1. 1

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with the chile-infused garlic oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Sear the Shrimp

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Making the Garlic Bread

  1. 3

    Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix the softened unsalted butter with minced garlic, dried oregano, and salt until well combined.

  2. 4

    Toast the Bread

Cut the crusty bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each half. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
