Making the Sweet Tea
- 1
Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Add Sugar
After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in 1 cup of sugar until fully dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Add Flavoring
Once the tea is cooled, stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and add 10 fresh mint leaves. Allow the tea to sit for another 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
