Preparing the Dough

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Mix thoroughly.

    Gradually add the water to the flour mixture while stirring with a wooden spoon until a dough begins to form.

    Knead the Dough

    Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

    Let it Rest

    Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Flavoring the Dough

    Prepare Flavoring

    In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, and paprika.

    After resting, roll out the dough into your desired shape (round or rectangular) and brush the flavoring mixture over the surface.
