Prepare the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the shredded chicken back in. Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken, stirring well to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
