Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs if necessary.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and chili powder. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Barbecue Sauce

In a saucepan, combine Dinosaur Bar-B-Que sauce, apple cider vinegar, and water. Heat over medium heat until simmering, then reduce to low and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Glaze the Ribs

Once the ribs are done baking, remove them from the oven. Brush the ribs generously with the prepared barbecue sauce.

  6. 6

    Finish Cooking

Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and return the ribs to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then cut into portions and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
