Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

Divide the Angus Reserve ground beef into two equal portions and shape them into balls. Season each ball with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add cooking oil. Once hot, place the beef balls in the skillet. Smash each ball down with a spatula to form patties and cook for about 3 minutes or until the edges are crispy.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

Flip the patties and place one slice of American cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Place each cheese-topped patty on a burger bun. Top with house pickles and cover with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the burgers with a side of potato chips.
