Prepare Home Fries
Start by preparing the home fries. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.

Prepare Angus Steak
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge the Angus steak in the flour mixture, then dip in buttermilk and dredge again in the flour to create a thick breading.

Fry Angus Steak
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Make Cream Gravy
In a new saucepan, combine cream and chicken broth over medium heat. Whisk together and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fry eggs to your desired style (sunny side up, over easy, etc.).
