Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.

Add Buffalo Sauce
Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss again until the florets are fully coated.

Bake
Spread the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
