Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 2

    Toast the English Muffins

While the sausage is cooking, split the English muffins in half and toast them until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. For a firmer yolk, cook longer.

  4. 4

    Assemble the McMuffin

On the bottom half of each toasted English muffin, place a sausage patty, followed by a fried egg, and a slice of cheddar cheese. Top with the other half of the muffin.
