Seafood and Pasta

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add prawns and scallops, cooking until they start to turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).

  3. 3

    Add Mussels and Sauce

Add the mussels to the skillet along with Calabrian chili paste and white wine. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels open up and the seafood is cooked through.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together. If the pasta seems dry, add a bit of the reserved pasta water. Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
