Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the jumbo lump crab meat and Louisiana shrimp dressing. Gently fold the mixture to keep the crab meat intact. Set aside.

Season the Flounder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the flounder fillets on a clean surface. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Stuff the Fillets
Take a portion of the crab and shrimp mixture and place it in the center of each flounder fillet. Carefully roll the fillet around the stuffing and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Cook the Stuffed Flounder
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Carefully place the stuffed flounders in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
