Stuffed Flounder Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the jumbo lump crab meat and Louisiana shrimp dressing. Gently fold the mixture to keep the crab meat intact. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Season the Flounder

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the flounder fillets on a clean surface. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Fillets

Take a portion of the crab and shrimp mixture and place it in the center of each flounder fillet. Carefully roll the fillet around the stuffing and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

  4. 4

    Cook the Stuffed Flounder

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Carefully place the stuffed flounders in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Bake the Flounder

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
