Fresh Gulf Coast Snapper Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if broiling. If frying, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Snapper

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place the snapper fillets in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    For Broiling

Place the marinated snapper on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil for 6-8 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    For Frying

Carefully place the marinated snapper fillets in the hot skillet. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
