Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if broiling. If frying, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

For Broiling
Place the marinated snapper on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil for 6-8 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully place the marinated snapper fillets in the hot skillet. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
