1. Prepare the Chicken Livers

Rinse the chicken livers under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Trim any connective tissue or fat.

2. Marinate the Livers

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken livers to the bowl and toss to coat. Let them marinate for about 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the Broiler

Preheat your broiler on high heat.
