Swordfish Marinade and Accompaniment

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Marinate the Swordfish

In a bowl, combine the Thai chili paste, lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Add Swordfish

Add the swordfish steaks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.

  3. 3

    Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Swordfish

Remove the swordfish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the swordfish from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
