Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sear the Salmon

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

  3. 3

    Flip the Salmon

Carefully flip the salmon fillets using a spatula and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for another minute.

  5. 5

    Serve

Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon the lemon butter sauce over the fillets, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
