Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels; season on both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

In a shallow dish, whisk eggs with milk. In another dish, whisk together flour with a pinch of salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Dip each chop into the egg wash, then coat in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere. Place on a rack while coating remaining chops.
