Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves. Cut them in half if they are large.

  2. 2

    Season

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.

  3. 3

    Roast

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

  4. 4

    Add Cane Syrup

Once roasted, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with Steen's cane syrup. Toss to coat evenly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish. Top with pickled carrots and crumbled feta cheese before serving.
