Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the challah bread into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring that all the bread is coated. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cherries.

Pour the bread pudding mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
