Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Garlic
Peel the fresh garlic cloves and gently crush them with the flat side of a knife to release their flavor.
- 2
Infuse the Oil
In a small saucepan, combine the olive oil and crushed garlic cloves. Heat the mixture over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the garlic to infuse its flavor into the oil. Do not let the garlic burn.
- 3
Cool and Store
Once the oil is fragrant and has taken on a golden hue, remove it from heat. Allow the garlic oil to cool to room temperature. Strain out the garlic cloves using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, and transfer the infused oil into a clean glass bottle or jar.

Usage
Garlic oil can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Use it in dressings, marinades, or as a finishing oil for various dishes.
