Tito’s vodka, house made ginger syrup, soda water, and fresh lime served in our new mule cup.

If you haven't made the ginger syrup yet, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan with freshly grated ginger. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then cool and strain.

Prepare the Ginger Syrup

In a mule cup, add the Tito's vodka and house-made ginger syrup.

Mix the Drink

Top the mixture with soda water, filling the cup to the desired level.

Squeeze half a fresh lime into the cup and stir gently to combine.
