Chicken Wings Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Seasoning the Wings

If you are using the dry rub jerk seasoning, toss the wings in the jerk seasoning until evenly coated. For other options, you can marinate the wings in your choice of hot sauce, teriyaki sauce, or Hawaiian BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Baking

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Serving

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and blue cheese dressing on the side.
