Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until well coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the wings

Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

  3. 3

    Toss in sauce

Remove wings from the oven and toss them in your choice of sauce (Hot sauce, Teriyaki sauce, Jalapeno BBQ sauce, or Jerk seasoning) until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Prepare the sides

While the wings are baking, prepare the celery and carrot sticks and arrange them on a serving platter.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the wings alongside the celery and carrot sticks. Serve with blue cheese dressing on the side.
