Mix the Juices
In a mixing bowl or pitcher, combine 120 ml of passionfruit juice, 120 ml of pineapple juice, and 120 ml of orange juice.

Add Vanilla
Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the juice mixture until well combined.

Pour Juice Mixture
In champagne flutes, pour about 1/3 of the juice mixture into each glass.

Top with Sparkling Wine
Carefully top each glass with 120 ml of sparkling wine, allowing it to gently mix with the juice.

Garnish
Slice the fresh passionfruit in half and place one half on the rim of each glass. Add a few mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
