Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cream Butter and Sugars

In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy and smooth.

  4. 4

    Add Eggs and Vanilla

Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. 5

    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  6. 6

    Fold in Chocolate Chips

Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.

Assembly and Baking

  1. 7

Scoop out a portion of the cookie dough (about 2 tablespoons) and flatten it slightly in your palm.

  2. 8

    Add Reese's

Place a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in the center of the flattened cookie dough and wrap the dough around it to form a ball.

  3. 9

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the cookie balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving enough space between them for spreading.

  4. 10

    Bake the Cookies

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

  5. 11

    Cool and Serve

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm for the best experience.
