1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it's hot enough for roasting.

2. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the stem ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half from top to bottom.

3. Season the Sprouts
